About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with previous phone-based customer service experience to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work across a 7-day roster, providing high-quality service to Lotteries & Keno customers and their retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of customer service activity, including effectively questioning outlets/venues, diagnosing faults, and escalating issues to appropriate teams.
  2. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, using knowledge management tools like IRIS.
  3. Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory and company policies and procedures.
