Case Management Support Specialist

We are seeking a Case Management Support Officer to support the Legal Operations Team in providing intake, processing, triage and allocation support across the Administrative Review Tribunal branch.
About the Role- Analyse and assess ART Applications received by the Agency.
- Create and update records and filing supporting documentation in business systems.
- Prepare comprehensive ART case summaries to support matter management and allocation to ART case managers.
- Prepare and file Tribunal documents as required for ART applications within statutory time frames.
- Provide support for interlocutory applications and instruct internal lawyers to resolve or progress them.
- Assess and respond to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Research and draft responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents as required.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new starters.
- Prior experience within dispute resolutions or legal environments highly desirable.
- Understanding of the NDIS and its involvement in supporting Australians.
- Strong communicator and comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels.
- Prior Paralegal experience or legal studies highly advantageous.
- Australian Citizenship.
