At our Court, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring equal access to justice for all members.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others. As a Client Support Specialist, you will work closely with complex needs clients participating in our Community Integrated Services Program (CISP), located at our Ringwood Court.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and assistance to clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
  • Developing individual case plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Ensuring clients are connected with relevant community supports and services.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in social work, psychology, welfare, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • A passion for social justice and community welfare.
