Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of professionals in case management, ensuring high-quality standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of a professional team through effective frontline people management techniques, including mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback and appraisal processes.
  • Provide human resource support and guidance to direct reports.
  • Promote specialist expertise in risk management, delivering quality case management and supporting staff in understanding complex issues.
  • Action plans for work areas, providing advice on priorities, solutions, and strategies for monitoring progress and achieving required outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance mechanisms and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
  • Advise senior management on emerging risks and best practices in systems, processes, and functions.
  • Foster a team culture that values diversity, promotes good morale, and ensures individuals are competent in working with diverse target groups.
