Human Resources Advisor Position

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR and IR solutions to clients.

This role involves performing actions across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training, and termination. You will also support business improvement activities such as process mapping, technology implementation, and change management.

You will manage technical industrial and employee relations cases, including EBA negotiation, and work collaboratively with experts in their field to develop a valuable skill set.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, including working with Awards, and a minimum completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations (or similar).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR and IR solutions to clients through project-based work and embedded team membership.
  • Perform actions across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training, and termination.
  • Support business improvement activities such as process mapping, technology implementation, and change management.
  • Manage technical industrial and employee relations cases, including EBA negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, including working with Awards.
  • Exposure to EBA negotiations is highly desirable.
  • Minimum completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations (or similar).
  • Understanding of technology and ability to use it effectively.
  • Insatiable desire to learn and investigate until understanding is achieved.
  • Fierce commitment to service and high levels of integrity and reliability.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
