We are seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our team. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Inductions and support throughout the full employment lifecycle
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
- Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Award interpretation and contractual advice
- Employee engagement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, TAFE Qualification or similar in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience working as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
