Lead Finance Executive

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function, providing strategic advice on complex financial matters and driving long-term financial strategy.
This role oversees key responsibilities including:
- Providing strategic advice to diverse stakeholders
- Driving long-term financial strategy and supporting business groups
- Overseeing financial operations, including unclaimed money responsibilities
- Leading statutory financial reporting and financial framework functions
- Preparing consolidated year-end financial statements and work papers
This role is part of the Enterprise Services Group, providing core enabling services that support ASIC's strategic objectives. The Finance team provides trusted advice and services to enable ASIC to operate efficiently and effectively.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, considerable experience in direct management, and a proven track record operating at a senior executive level within the public sector.
