Job Description

We are seeking a senior finance executive to lead our Finance function and drive strategic decision-making across the business.

The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing financial operations, including unclaimed money responsibilities, and providing expert advice on complex financial matters to stakeholders.

They will also be responsible for driving long-term financial strategy, supporting groups across the business, and leading statutory financial reporting and financial framework functions.

In addition, they will promote a high-performance culture, drive financial compliance, and partner with senior leaders to achieve business outcomes.

The role requires considerable experience in managing large teams and operating strategically across the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex finance functions within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance function and drive strategic decision-making across the business
