Job Overview

This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our maintenance teams and fleet planning and scheduling activities.

">

The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team in delivering fleet planning and scheduling activities across Generation Asset Operations and oversee the implementation and governance of our Generation Management of Work procedures.

This involves ensuring compliance with relevant Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment laws, standards, policies, and procedures, while actively engaging in our HSE systems and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment laws, standards, policies, and procedures.">
  • Capability Development: Leverage our Origin People & Capability framework to set clear expectations and develop a workforce with the values, behaviours, skills, and competencies needed to perform effectively.">
  • Procedure Governance: Implement and govern the Generation Management of Work procedures.">
  • Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule maintenance activities for Generation Asset Operations covering Gas, renewables & Coal operating assets.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets related to Repairs & Maintenance (R&M).">

Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership at Superintendent level, preferably in Planning & Scheduling capacity or working within a relevant role. They will also have experience in leading teams, developing capability, and managing work effectively.
