Manly location
- 6.30am - 3pm
- Laid back, non-corporate, warehouse-style office environment

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the job schedule, ensure that all jobs are scheduled effectively and on budget and that any changes are dealt with efficiently
- Communicate the schedule with the team and clients keeping everyone informed
- Liaise with all clients to ensure all information is communicated
- Ensure that all required equipment and materials are available
- Manage job inventory, including reviewing required equipment and materials for each job, managing the warehouse, and fulfilling orders
- Plan for future jobs, considering inventory and scheduling when planning for future jobs
- Identify contract administration requirements
- Use in-house job management software, SimPRO
- Understand profit and loss, budgets, and financials
- Maintain a high level of customer and client service at all times

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience coordinating logistics or trades
- Experience ordering and receiving materials
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to details
- Ability to create and follow procedures and to assist others to follow procedures
- Customer service experience
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Relaxed, personable and able to work well in a small team
- An understanding of budgets and financials
- Excellent communication skills
- Strict structure/organisation
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Experience with SimPRO or similar job management programmes
