Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef Leader with previous experience as a senior chef within a high volume, quality focused restaurant. You will be hands-on, managing, inspiring, and motivating your team while liaising with various stakeholders, including senior level management.

Your advanced time management, organisational, and task delegation skills will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must be an experienced Sous Chef or have equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in high-end volume operations recognised for their culinary excellence is essential.
  • Expert knowledge in Asian cuisine is mandatory.
  • You will assist the kitchen team in maintaining quality, standards, and cleanliness required.
  • Advanced team building skills to ensure a seamless operation in a high expectation environment are necessary.
  • The ability to cope well under pressure to exceed guests' expectations is crucial.
  • Creativity, passion, and enthusiasm are key qualities required for this role.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is essential.
  • Full Australian working rights are mandatory.
