Job Description

We're seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in the Grill Section. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Lead a team of cooks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Extensive experience in the Grill Section, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
