Job Description

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences nationwide.

Your primary focus will be on providing accurate and timely support for orders, invoicing, and dispatch. You will also assist with overflow sales and customer enquiries across various channels.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of quotes, assisting the sales team with technical checks, and helping them deliver outstanding results.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will serve as a product expert, guiding customers and team members alike.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, is essential for this role. A genuine interest in automotive products and 4x4 solutions is also required.
