Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring efficient resource allocation across a diverse portfolio of works, including apprentice scheduling and program reporting.

This role is responsible for developing and managing schedules for multiple construction and maintenance projects using contemporary scheduling systems.

The Scheduler will also collaborate with internal teams to align apprentice placements with training requirements, build and maintain detailed schedules for current and future pipeline projects, and ensure they align with time and resource requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress and resource utilisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in construction scheduling and project delivery.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Project Web App, Primavera P6).
  • Ability to interpret complex project documentation and data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
