We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and maintenance projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction scheduling and project delivery, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Web App. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules for multiple construction and maintenance projects using contemporary scheduling systems.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align apprentice placements with training requirements.
- Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed schedules for current and future pipeline projects, ensuring they align with time and resource requirements.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress and resource utilisation.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling and resourcing issues.
- Experience: Experience in construction scheduling and project delivery.
- Scheduling Tools: Proficiency with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Project Web App).
- Communication Skills: Ability to interpret project documentation and data; strong communication skills.
