We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler for our client who are a leading provider of turnkey construction, maintenance and industrial services, to develop and continually improve accurate short-term plans aligned with there strategy and business plans. In this rolel you will partner with stakeholders building lasting relationships with a foundation of strong communication to champion performance.

This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a passion for continuous development to play a part in an experienced team to ensure effective work management across multiple projects.

About the role :

Develop and maintain comprehensive construction project plans, schedules and resource allocations

Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to align schedules and coordinate interdependent activities

Provide regular progress reporting and forecasting to key stakeholders

Continuously optimise schedules to improve productivity and resource utilisation

Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, Gantt charts and other scheduling tools

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined planning and scheduling practices

About you :

Previous demonstrated experience as a Planner / Scheduler, preferable in the Construction industry.

Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycles and risk management principles
