Sales Team Lead

The Store Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the store management team with daily operations.
This position is responsible for driving sales revenue, guiding senior sales associates and sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales targets consistently
- Analyze sales reports to inform business strategies
- Support the development of sales associates to maximize sales and service
- Lead by example on the selling floor
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth
Customer Service Focus:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Manage client relationships to increase sales and contact
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
Operations and Merchandising:
- Maintain a high level of facility presentation and organization
- Process deliveries efficiently
- Monitor inventory movement and enforce transfer policies
- Meet inventory accuracy requirements
Human Resources and Leadership:
- Guide and support senior sales associates and sales associates
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure results
- Assume second-in-charge responsibilities when needed
