Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level strategic and analytical services to support the identification and analysis of underlying cost drivers, comparative analyses of costs and operational data, and identify changes and abnormalities.
- Undertake research of current and emerging issues on operational performance and participate in strategic business planning processes with key stakeholders to develop services and achieve required performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level of ability in analytical problem-solving, report development, and critical evaluation skills, including knowledge of clinical and financial reporting systems.
- Demonstrated high level understanding of continuous improvement in business analytics environments through the measurement, review, and implementation of improvements in processes and systems in complex service provision environments.
- Proven high level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Total remuneration value of up to $12,360 p.m., comprised of an hourly rate between $61.20- $65.56 p.h., 12.75% employer superannuation contribution, and 17.5% leave loading.
