About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dentist to join our team. As a Senior Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality general dental practitioner oral health services to our eligible population. You will also provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership to our dentists, dental students, and other oral health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality general dental practitioner oral health services to our eligible population.
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical leadership to our dentists, dental students, and other oral health professionals.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our Oral Health Service.
- Plan and manage resources to ensure the effective delivery of oral health services.
- Current registration as a Dentist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Possession of a licence to use radiation apparatus for dental purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Total remuneration value of up to $188,629 p.a.
- Hourly rate between $77.62 - $83.38 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
