Frontline Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Manage phone enquiries and bookings efficiently.
  • Perform documentation and administrative tasks accurately.

As an integral part of our client's rehabilitation journey, we seek a Frontline Client Support Specialist who can deliver skilled communication, inclusiveness, and positive vibes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 1 year experience in a similar front-line support role.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
