Job Description:

As a vital link between customers and service technicians, this role requires a central position in the Penrith Branch to facilitate all parts needs.

Responsibilities include receiving and delivering parts, attachments, and merchandise into the warehouse, as well as sales and customer service.

  • Verifies receiving in of shipments and assists delivery to inventory locations.
  • Assists in keeping warehouse clean and orderly and detect current and potential problems.
  • Identifies back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
  • Collects parts freight and delivery each day.
  • Supplies service technicians with parts provided.
  • Facilitates inter branch transfers of stock.
  • Facilitates monthly parts returns.
  • Assists in interpreting and providing parts to customers over the counter and on the phone.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills. Proficient data entry and computer skills are also essential.

A basic knowledge of parts and machinery is necessary for success in this role.
