
Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our Building Young Men and Empowering Young Women programs, as well as assist with the coordination of program activities and events.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to our program managers, including coordinating meetings, managing emails, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of program strategies, including marketing materials, safeguarding protocols, and budget management.
- Coordinate program activities, including event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a related field.
- Current driver's licence and valid NSW Working with Children Check.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in rugby league or sports administration.
- Familiarity with culturally inclusive practices and community engagement strategies.
- Additional qualifications in youth services or social work.
