Project Coordinator

The role of a Project Coordinator is to oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality.

A typical day for a Project Coordinator may involve:

  • Developing and executing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain project standards.
  • Reviewing subcontractor work onsite and verifying that all documentation complies with regulations.
  • Facilitating communication between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues.
  • Managing the flow of technical information between design teams and stakeholders.
  • Supervising the design team to ensure work aligns with timelines and documents.
  • Reviewing outputs from consultants and subcontractors to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Verifying tender packages to ensure scope, materials, and design logic match up.
  • Assisting in contract management and overall schedule monitoring.

About You:

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years post-grad experience in a top-tier engineering role.
