Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and providing exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing shipments, accurately verifying contents and documenting discrepancies.
- Assisting with inventory management, including the identification and resolution of backorders and stock shortages.
- Providing prompt and efficient delivery of parts to customers and service technicians, as well as facilitating inter-branch transfers of stock.
- Collecting and processing returns, ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high level of initiative, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficient data entry and computer skills, with experience in inventory management software.
- A basic understanding of parts and machinery, with a willingness to learn and develop their knowledge.
