Cloud Journey Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Journey Specialist to support our client's IT environment. This 6-month contract opportunity will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence.

The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the resource planning, training, and performance evaluations of a team of Service Desk and Desktop Support specialists. They will also be responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT specialists, including training, performance evaluation, and resource planning.
  • Design, implement, and improve ITSM processes such as Incident Management and Service Level Management.
  • Assure high-quality IT services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships for contracted services.
  • Lead major incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate on security incident response and drive improvements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance service experience and streamline processes.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, high performance, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to pass a Police Check
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • 3 Years experience operating in a similar capacity
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
