Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to manage and expand our customer base in Northern QLD.

The Role:

  • Achieve sales targets and grow the territory to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Establish an active call-planning program for Electrical Contractors, Wholesalers, and Retailers.
  • Conduct research to identify target markets and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to share insights on target markets and competitors.
  • Identify decision makers for product promotion. Create awareness of Ventair products.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database, including Wholesalers, Resellers, Contractors, Builders, and Architects.

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B business development experience.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Excellent communication, listening, influencing, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Current driver's licence required.
