We are seeking a skilled and experienced business growth specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding our market presence through strategic relationships with commercial asset finance brokers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel, and demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume.

The successful candidate will be able to engage, influence, and support brokers to maximize business potential, using data to inform decisions and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and expand market presence through strategic relationships with commercial asset finance brokers.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing brokers to drive engagement, increase share of wallet, and boost origination volumes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve consistent deal flow, increased portfolio activation, and growth in originations.
  • Strengthen relationships with key brokers through regular meetings, reinforcing value proposition and driving business expansion.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Manager to optimize broker engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel.
  • Demonstrated experience managing broker relationships and driving lending volume.
  • Able to engage, influence, and support brokers to maximize business potential.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize sales performance.
