**Community Care Support Role**We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Care Support Officer. This role will provide critical support to the delivery of our community care services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and attention.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Managing requests, concerns and inquiries
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
  • Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Monitoring, ordering and distributing office supplies and arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other systems
  • Assisting senior staff with special projects as required
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling (highly regarded)
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn
