About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our Learning and Development team as an Assistant Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate activities of an instructional design team, evaluating effectiveness to support quality onboarding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of instructional design capability and understanding in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development solutions.
  • Apply strong project management methodology and stakeholder management, resulting in accurate project planning, monitoring, and reporting, and timely delivery of projects that meet mutually agreed objectives.
  • Prepare and contribute towards the preparation of strategic and evidence-based advice for Senior Executives, including guidelines, reports, briefs, discussion papers, and talking points.
  • Research, critically analyse, and respond to complex enquiries.

This role is available at various offices across the nation, and remote working arrangements may be considered. We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity; however, non-ongoing roles up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be offered.
