About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team in Darwin, NT. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive HR initiatives that support business goals and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies and manage change effectively
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or ER/IR
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist at a senior level (min 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
