Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing strategy for a prominent shopping centre in Melbourne. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role involves creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and retail sales.

This includes developing and executing annual marketing plans, extending the digital and social media presence of the asset, and planning unique and fresh marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with external agencies, managing the website, brand, and signage, as well as providing relevant reporting duties.

A strong background in marketing is essential for this role, preferably in a similar environment such as shopping centres, retail or commercial property. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Responsibilities include preparation and management of an annual marketing plan and budget, extending digital and social media presence, planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns, liaising with external agencies, managing website, brand, and signage, relevant reporting duties - traffic, demographics, and building relationships with tenants, centre team, marketing agencies and local governing bodies.
