Retail Marketing Executive

The Retail Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective retail marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role spearheads clear communication between HQ and retail stores, fostering alignment and engagement across the Retail Division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive retail media campaigns across our retail network.
  • Managing calendars to ensure seamless execution of primary campaigns and trade promos to agreed timelines.
  • Creating necessary assets for delivering information to the field in a manner that ensures maximum engagement, efficiency, and understanding.
  • Evaluating media performance using data and insights, continuously optimising to maximise return on investment and customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with the wider Marketing and Digital team to ensure campaign messaging and creative are aligned with the brand and all stores marketing and assets are in line with Brand guidelines.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to confirm key campaigns, windows, and partnerships.

Requirements include:

  • A degree in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Commerce, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience within retail marketing along with working in a cross-functional capacity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and use of creative building tools such as Canva, Indesign, or other similar tools.
  • Managing multiple projects and initiatives as new priorities are added to the business objectives.
  • Collaborating with other areas of HQ to deliver strategic projects and programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using media performance data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in developing, creating, reviewing, and releasing communications to varying audiences.
