Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Bendigo office for a motivated Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team.

This role involves supporting clients with Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents claims, providing administrative support to our busy team, and coordinating appointments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our clients in a professional manner
  • Support the lawyer and team with file management and administration
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and other professionals both in writing and verbally
  • Compile court documents

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
