We are seeking a professional who can take the lead in customer service and relations. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for proactively contacting existing customers to rebook regular or annual services, while striving to meet individual and branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting existing customers to rebook services
  • Identifying client needs and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Timely and regular follow-ups with customers and potential customers

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Providing courteous customer service and ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and requests
  • Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority
