Job Description:

Due to accelerated growth and organisational restructure, they seek a strategic leader for global supply chain operations in markets where their products are sold. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading warehousing, distribution, supply chain planning, and logistics coordination to deliver customer service excellence.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise inventory and improve service levels.
  • Improving supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction across all markets.
  • Optimising logistics functions, including warehouse and distribution operations, to achieve cost savings and improved service quality.

This role requires a senior executive with extensive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar fast-paced sectors.


The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, working with various customers, such as distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer channels.


They should possess commercial acumen, being able to understand financial reports, manage budgets, and make informed business decisions.


A collaborative leadership style, inclusive decision-making, and excellent communication, coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.


Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, HR, finance, IT, and administration, is highly valued.
