As a seasoned Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of supply chain operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to spearhead transformation projects, implement S&OP processes, optimize forecasting, and foster supply chain policies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead 4PL compliance initiatives, encompassing customers, distribution, inventory, supply planning, and logistics.
- Develop and execute demand planning processes to maintain forecast accuracy and stock optimization.
- Implement operational strategies for new product launches, regulatory changes, and distribution improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with broader business objectives.
- Drive S&OP processes and identify risks/opportunities to drive business performance.
- Pursue continuous improvement through digital transformation projects and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (professional accreditation highly regarded).
- 3-5 years of experience in a global commercial or pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance, SAP, and demand planning systems are all desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across stakeholders.
- Familiarity with TGA, Medsafe, and regulatory guidelines.
