About This RoleThis role requires an experienced professional to build and own human resources operations process from scratch. The ideal candidate will take initiative, operate independently, and improve processes when they aren't working.
What You Will Bring- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to manage multiple platforms;
- Ability to manage data, reporting, and dashboards;
- An ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous environments;
- High emotional intelligence;
- Excellent project management and communication skills;
- Cultural competency and the ability to support diverse work groups;
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing people strategies;
- Experience building and optimizing people operations functions;
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance;
You will be responsible for payroll administration, benefits & perks, onboarding & offboarding, HR systems & analytics, leading compensation process, immigration support, compliance, and driving continuous improvement of People Ops systems and processes.
