People Operations Leader

The role of Associate Director, Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll involves leading workforce systems, reporting, and payroll. This includes overseeing HR systems, ensuring end-to-end delivery of systems, payroll, and superannuation.
The Associate Director will drive the strategic direction, operational delivery, and continuous improvement of the function to support a contemporary and compliant university environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.
- Oversee HR systems, payroll, reporting, and the delivery of a new HRIS.
- Partner with People and Capability, central service functions, and the academic community to drive transformation and improved performance.
- Operationalise people strategies through process optimisation, digitalisation, and business enablement.
- Experience in operationalising people strategies in large, complex organisations.
- Inclusive leadership skills with a collaborative, mission-led approach.
