Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Event Planner to join our team. As a Senior Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.

Your primary focus will be on assisting the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing strategic events and sponsorship activations. You will also support local initiatives aimed at enhancing the brand, reputation, and relationships of the firm.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in planning and executing various events
  • Provide on-site support for events across regions, including travel as required
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing collaboration with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution
  • Competent in project management and multitasking
  • Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc)
