Senior Events Manager Position

The Star Sydney serves as Australia's premier entertainment hub. Our Banquets team requires a skilled Event Coordinator to lead and manage the Events Executive team, ensuring the success of internal and external events.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the events team to provide exceptional customer service while meeting objectives and operational goals.
- Maximize revenue from external events by promoting venue services and property offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout event planning and delivery.
- Manage complimentary events efficiently by controlling costs while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of all events over 12 guests, coordinating with external suppliers, venue managers, and executives.
Experience in Casino, Hotels or large hospitality is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
