About the Role

The Supply Support Officer will provide key support to the Supply Chain team, executing Supply Chain operations to meet client demands under contract. This includes managing inventory, assessing sourcing requirements, developing relationships with suppliers, and providing input to Supply Support reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Inventory Management Systems, including cataloguing new inventory items.
  • Assess sourcing requirements by liaising with stakeholders based on estimates, market experience, and purchase complexity.
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to manage lead times and maintain logistic control.
  • Provide input to Supply Support reporting requirements.
  • Manage issues with goods/services through supplier corrective action process and contribute to the Supplier Risk Report.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in supply support or logistics.
  • Formal qualification in a trade or logistics management (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of asset management standards, systems, and processes.
  • Experience with supply chain management and part interpretation.
