The Company

The Position

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our remote projects by managing the movement of materials, plant, and equipment, and setting up site facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and ship all items to site in line with project schedules.
  • Coordinate collection and drop-off with project teams.
  • Manage movement of materials between sites.
  • Oversee effective use of the logistics fleet, including haul trucks.

Tools, Plant & Equipment
  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance schedules.
  • Inspect, prepare, and deliver tools and plant to site.
  • Manage inter-site movement of assets.
  • Track, number, and label equipment for accountability.
  • Arrange secure storage between project phases.

Site Facilities & Yards
  • Manage all movements, storage, and maintenance of site facilities.
  • Support mobilisation, maintenance, and demobilisation activities.
  • Set up and maintain consolidation and storage yards for remote operations.

About You
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or asset coordination within Mining or Heavy industry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to remote sites.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems and ERP software.
  • Forklift or CN license and experience (desirable).
  • Valid driver's license MC (preferred) and ability to meet site access requirements.
