As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative functions including meeting and greeting clients, answering general enquiries, directing enquiries to the appropriate person/place, taking and relaying messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in electronic medical records (eMR), reporting service events, referral processing, registering/discharge patients in eMR, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and other tasks associated with the service. Strong organisational skills, effective time management, ability to problem solve, and perform under pressure are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, you must possess demonstrated professional telephone manners and excellent customer service skills, along with effective oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels, including those from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, you should have demonstrated computer literacy in Word, email, and data entry, along with attention to detail, as well as cash handling and use of PBRC or willingness to undertake relevant training. Finally, flexibility with work duties and location is necessary for success in this role. Your key responsibilities include:">
