Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at RAC Busselton Holiday Park in Western Australia.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience for our visitors.
  • You will manage all front office administrative duties, including handling inquiries, bookings, and payments, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Your supervisory skills will enable you to train and allocate tasks to staff members, ensuring the efficient operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm welcome at check-in
  2. Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  3. Managing reservations, payments, and transactions accurately
  4. Supervising and training front office staff to maintain high standards
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of park events and services
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism related discipline or equivalent is desirable
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience or training in a front office environment, such as reception, switchboard, or reservations
  • Excellent guest relations and communication skills, with the ability to relate to and host guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible with hours, able to meet operational working hours of a 7-day week rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
