RAC of WA is a leading provider of hospitality services, and we are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the Busselton Holiday Park.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in a front office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training staff, as well as ensuring that all front office administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide exceptional customer service and has experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing reservations, payments, and transactions, as well as handling complaints and escalating issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage front office administrative duties, including welcoming guests, handling check-ins, assisting with inquiries, and performing front desk tasks.
  • Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a front office or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
