Project Administrator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including personnel records and timesheets
  • Liaise with supervisors to verify daily absences and complete follow-up checks
  • Assist with data-entry of timesheet hours and review of data for accuracy and compliance
  • Collect and collate data for daily workforce reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
  • Reconcile company credit card statements and raise supply requisitions and receipts in Pronto System
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar site administration role, preferably in construction or resources industry
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to Pronto
  • Hold or willing to obtain a Construction Card (WA White Card)
