Client Manager Job Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients. Your primary objective is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of client relationships and accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with clients around their risks and policy needs
  • Respond to day-to-day queries from clients and handle claims management
  • Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of currencies, invoicing and other administrative tasks
  • Actively support the utilisation of new systems and processes that drive business growth and improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities and excellent communication skills
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit and eye for detail
  • Tier 1 qualification and basic insurance technical skills
