Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of mining clients. This role offers the chance to contribute to the growth of our Global & Corporate portfolio, working closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow existing business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities within designated portfolios
  • Provide proactive management of administrative responsibilities, ensuring timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the overall client experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, driving growth and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, market updates, and new products, sharing relevant insights with clients

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification, or intention to complete this qualification
  • Solid general insurance experience, preferably supporting senior team members with large corporates
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional client service, with a drive for results and growth
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
