Senior Building Services Professional

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced building surveyor to assist in undertaking the function of a building certifier for the local government area.
The Role- Provide leadership and technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the assessment and management of construction certificates, complying development certificates, and Occupation Certificates
- Hold and maintain accreditation as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (all classes of building) or higher
- Demonstrate expertise in applying relevant certification standards and legislation
- Deliver high-quality customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Mentor and support team members with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
