We're looking for a candidate with 2-4 years' post-admission experience in employment law, ideally with exposure to industrial relations. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the team. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a solid understanding of employment law complexities are key.
